A rather unusual style in Australia consisting of 100% Sauvignon Blanc with a little – almost subliminal – influence from Oak maturation.
It is far more in the French Loire Valley style than the more familiar New Zealand mould.
It is full flavoured with a long finish and a soft mouth feel.
