This is the last wine I have made from this vineyard which we recently sold.
The wine has a clear peppery Shiraz nose and a long palate which shows new impressions all the way through to the lingering firm but not aggressive acid/ tannin finish.
A wine with considerable detail and a good many years ahead of it.
